After I shared my availability, the interview was set, but shortly after, I received an email saying we’d need to reschedule due to a conflict. The recruiter requested my availability for the next 10 days. Three days later, I was informed that none of my proposed times worked, and I was asked for additional options. A week went by with no further communication, so I followed up twice, receiving only apologies. Eventually, I stopped hearing from them altogether. This process felt very disrespectful toward me as a candidate.
