Amazon Executive Assistant interview questions

A phone interview, followed by a full day interview with different people. You will be asked many of the same questions all day by different people. The big focus is the Amazon Leadership Principles. Be very familiar with all 14 of them and be able to shape your answers to match a principal. The interview was conducted via video online. Everyone was very friendly.

Overall it was a good interview process, full transparency on all the steps and a realistic timeline from initial role screening to offer given to candidate. Candidate questionnaire completed ahead of time was also beneficial to help anticipate what may be asked during the initial interviews.
