I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
The interview process was easy and similar to others I've experienced in corporate organizations - a single recruiter is dedicated to recruiting for a particular role in a particular department. Recruiters don't seem to have much visibility beyond their assigned roles to fill, which proved to be difficult in landing on the perfect team for my interests.

Interview
Great. Easy once someone called you back. I don’t want to have to do it again though. Very long process and most of it is unnecessary. If you unsure just ask for him

Interview
First I was contacted by a general recruiter who spent time talking with me about my experience and interests, then I was passed along to the lead Executive Assistant who held the phone interview.
