Start with a web "test". Virtual work environment, straight forward and simple. Once you move to the phone interviews, it gets more serious. I would consider the phone interview much more difficult compared to interviews with other companies. They also ghost you after multiple rounds of interviews.

Phone screen followed my 1 hour interview. With follow up interview with three more managers/teammates. All interviews were online, initial 1 hour interview the person interviewing did not have their camera on
