I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
I applied through Amazon and recruiter got back to me and the scheduling was very fast. This was my second interview for the "Applied Scientist" position. The first one was 6 months ago and it was mostly easy/medium leetcode and ML concepts & resume based; however, the second one was absolutely a torture. The person who interviewed me from the Sustainability Science and Innovation (SSI) group was extremely rude and jaded, from the start to finish of my interview. This was by far the worst interview experience of my career. I am very glad that it wasn't someone else who interviewed me and I don't have to work with this irritable and miserable person!
