I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
Starting with a phone interview with recruiter, then with hiring manager. Afterwards had an interview with the VP of data science. This lead to a technical assessment take home. I felt very confident about my solution and the approach I went with and was invited to final round which was about 4-5 hours and consisted of live coding, overview of my solution, and final behavioral interview. I had some minor hiccups in the coding part but overall felt that I did very well. Was quite surprised did not move forward.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Angleterre) in Mar 2021
Interview
3 stages interview:
1 HR type interview
2 technical test - hackerRank Codility question type
3 almost 6 hours - another technical test (irrelevant for senior) as above and architecture test (good for senior)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Third stage interview very long and draining - technical tests were algorithms tests type certainly not what a senior would expect to go through more graduate/junior type of question where you have to simply practice a lot of it to know how to answer. You need to book a whole day off - waste of time
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Remote, OR) in Jan 2019
Interview
Initial interview via Google hangouts and then a second which contained a pair programming challenge which was actually someone just watching your every keystroke and offering no useful input or help. Only had about 15 mins at the end of a 1 hour technical question interview to ode once of those tedius algorithm challenges.
