AlphaSights Sales Associate interview questions

Really disrespectful interviewer. Asked me what "drives" me, and when I answered "Getting the task done, and the feeling that I have achieved something," the interviewer (two of them) said, "no, not something like that, but rather - is it the bonus scheme, or competition with your colleagues, or being recognized..." and on and on. Immediately I felt that the interviewers were not only immature and inexperienced, but also that such kind of HR employees should be really reviewed by their company.

submitted my resume online and then later on I did a video interview where I had to answer 4 questions. 2 of them was in English, the rest was in Japanese.
