Applied online via their website. A few days later, I was sent an invitation to complete the video interview. The questions asked were the same as other people have listed. For example, what do we do? What makes a good professional services company? Who is your role model?
I sent my resume and the 100 word summary that they ask for in lieu of a cover letter. Then, I had to do an interview by myself over the computer. A timer would pop up for each questions, and I had to talk to the screen. Following that, i interviewed with recruiters via a Google Hangout. 2 weeks later I got notice that I wouldn't be invited for another interview.

Interview
Sent in a resume and cover letter initially. After this, I got an email back saying that they enjoyed reading the aforementioned documents and that they wanted me to do an AlphaSights Video Assessment which basically means that you get a questions and then have 3 seconds to come up with a response (all while being taped).
