I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
I applied through University Career website. First stage is a short 200 word motivation question. After this, you get invited to perform an online interview, with four written questions regarding your background, for which there is no time limit, and four video questions, 60 seconds each except one which is 30 seconds, regarding AlphaSights and personal questions, such as what is the book you are currently reading. If you pass this phase, you get invited to their London office. I had a very pleasant conversation with somebody from HR. I thought the interview went quite well, however a couple of days later I received a rejection email. No feedback though.
