After an initial application through my university's career center, I was contacted for a video interview. While I was anticipating a live skype interview, this was a bit different. There were a few questions, and I had a set period of time to review and prepare for each one. Then I had about a minute to record a video response. It was a little uncomfortable speaking directly into my computer screen, and I was a bit nervous because I was having internet connectivity issues. After this round, I was notified that I would have an on-campus interview. I interviewed with 2 people, and none of the questions really centered around my specific experiences and qualifications. The questions were geared towards my personality and background, which was unexpected but welcome.
