Submitted resume online through University Career Services office. Was contacted and asked to do a video interview. The video interview is timed answers to automatically prompted questions -- sort of difficult to compose an answer that fills the allotted time accurately. Have to make sure to get your main point in early.

Interview
I sent in my application and was asked to do the video interview about a week later. The video interview format was pretty straightforward. I bombed the first question due to the awkward format and a misguided belief that I shouldn't talk about non-work related things. Immediately realized my mistake after and did well on the other questions. The damage was done, and I'm sure that I looked like a vapid idiot.

Question 1
The whole video interview was a bit odd and unforgiving . The first question was "what are you passionate about?" Instead answering honestly with non-work related things, I went on about problem solving.
