The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Hong Kong)
Interview
Basic first round interview. Mainly about you, behavioral, seem to be trying to see how your past experiences will be beneficial to the company/ the role you are applying for. Next they asked if you know what the company does, and went quite in depth about this. My interviewer actually spoke more than I did during the interview process; quite helpful and seemed to like his job, explained the company very well. I left the interview knowing more/ liking the company much more than when I entered. No offer, sadly.
I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Angleterre)

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
