The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Jan 2016
Interview
There was a video recording stage with 4 questions and 1 minute to answer each. This was followed by a google hangout behavioral interview that lasted about 40 minutes. For the latter I only spoke with one person and it was very casual/conversational. She asked me to walk her through my resume and asked supplementary questions as we went (e.g - which of these extracurriculars was the most meaningful?), she then asked questions about my career aspirations and how I'd fit into alpha sights

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
