I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
It was one of the most unprofessional interviews I have ever had. The woman was condescending as she walked through my resume. The questions were pretty standard, but her responses to my answers were rude. It was almost like she wanted me to know she was unimpressed. I have a strong GPA from a great school, but it seemed like she came into the interview with an attitude and like she wanted to prove that my academic accomplishments are not that great. I would never recommend applying to this company and I think they will miss out on some great talent because of their HR team.
I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Angleterre)

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
