Interview
first round is video interview, four questions, not hard just personality questions.
second round is hr interview in the office, about 1 hour, still personality questions and some business related questions.
third round is a case study. Presentation then Q&A. Questions not very easy, you need to understand the case, the business well. Better get to know the business flow, industry value chain and market overview.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
