Simple straightforward. mostly focused on behavioral questions. The interview was very nice and really seemed to want to get to know me. The interview lasted about an hour. I got the impression that AlphaSights is a fun place to be. Everyone I interviewed with was young and they all talked about the fun and youthful enviorment at AlphaSights
