Interview
The process took around two weeks. I Initially filled a short application form based on one of their 5 core values and uploaded my CV. A few days later I had an invitation to a video interview, in which you face a screen and speak, there is no one on the other side.

Question 1
There were only three questions, fairly easy but as my first interview I was very nervous. They were basically
1. What does Alphasights do
2.What do you hope to learn during your time at alphasights
3. Discuss a current affair which has caught your interest.
I had 30 seconds each for both, which is a fairly short time.
very swift and seamless. The interview process was quick and efficient with constant communication for the team and the recruiter as well. I heard back quick after each interview section.
walk through of the resume. basic resume questions. why this role. what skills do u need for this role. why do u think u will be a good fit. what are some technical skills that you have
Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
