I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Angleterre) in Oct 2018
Interview
There are 4 parts in the selection process: phone interview with general questions and running through your CV, interview with HR (you need to know a lot about the company - not their culture but more of how they work, especially the BREAD process), case study interview where you'll be given an old but real life exercise with a client and finally an interview with an executive manager where you won't need much preparation (I guess), but just truly be yourself
Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
Initial interview screen, basic questions about resume and why you want to go into the field and this type of job, how resume and past experience transfers. Not very hard but not very exciting.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY)
Interview
Long, repetitive and a complete waste of my time. They drag you along for legit like 6 weeks, make you do all these different things, the people that I met were majority nice, expect the final interview with a lady that was a POS
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you failed? Now another, and one more. Legit asked me about 3-4 different times I had failed, also forced me to disclose where else i was applying
