I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
The process is very intense. You will be giving a case study to solve before the interview, and you will be given another during the interview to come up with the solution on the fly. The interviewer was very cold and it was hard to be personable with. Also, when he did not like what I said he seemed to tune out for the rest of the interview.
The process is first just a short 20 minute phone call where they ask you rapid fire questions based on resume and then a case study that is sent before hand and then in person interview and then final behavioral interview round.
Phone call with recruiter, then first round interview. Got denied after interview so not sure what is after. Not very challenging questions though. Just the basic questions you get on interviews.
