AlphaSights Graduate Analyst interview questions

Following initial application, the first round was an online video interview. This consisted of four questions, 30 seconds to prepare for each, and 60 seconds to answer. Questions were fairly standard - what do you know about AlphaSights, what makes a good professional services company, what skills are needed for this job, etc. Second round was an interview with a member of the HR team - fairly basic motivational questions.

Process includes an application form, which if successful leads to a virtual video interview. Questions were fairly to be expected and the only advice I would give is practising for a couple of hours beforehand. The questions I had were along the lines of 'What do you think Alphasights does?' 'Why are you more suitable than others?' What does it take to succeed in the professional services industry?' and another that I can't remember but was fairly straightforward. You are required to talk for 60 seconds only on each, with 30s prep time (but I recommend preparing answers before). I thought it went fairly well, although stumbled slightly on one question which I think eventually cost me the job.
