After the online application, there are a few motivation questions and video assessment you have to answer in a week. The second stage would be an actual interview followed by a case interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Angleterre) in Jun 2016
Interview
The initial application consisted of the submission of my cv, a video assessment and some written motivational questions. After that, there were 3 interviews with different members of their teams. The first with a recruiter, the second with 2 members of their client service team for a peoject based interview and the final one with a VP.

Question 1
Explain how you have got in front of us today (inc educational background and work history).
I applied by submitting my CV on their website. I got the recruitment email about the video interview and online questions to answer in writing. I had 7 days to do both. I would advise you to start with the 3 written questions as a preparation for the video interview of 4 questions. In the video interview you have 15-25 seconds to read and understand the question and 30-60 seconds to answer the question, depending on the question, and you watch yourself being recorded when you answer, which in my opinion is a bit frustrating and makes you lose your concentration, be prepared for that.

Question 1
The questions of the video interview:
- Why would you be appropriate for this office in particular?
- What non professional experiences do you think are the most important for you
- How the past experiences led you to establish the criteria you use to determine which firm you'll join?
