AlphaSights Analyst interview questions

The interview process took about 3 weeks. There was an initial phone screening. The next step was a video assessment, responses are timed each with about 30 seconds to one minute. Next I was invited in to their New York office for an in person interview. I met with about 4 employees followed by an assessment.

video interview that is self recorded so you basically speak to yourself. It is weird to look at yourself while answering the questions, there are 5 questions in total. You get about a minute to answer the different questions. Had a written motivation to join the company but I couldn't use it as i was straight on declined a place.
