I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allianz (München, Bavaria) in Jun 2025
Interview
I was asked to prepare a 2-slide presentation a week before the interview to present my idea about a certain topic and program suggestions. During the interview, there will be 2 interviewers who were not only trying to understand who you are but also gave you feedback regarding your presentation. Sadly I couldn't get the job because the timeline didn't match my other working offers.

Question 1
Please introduce yourself, what have you done in the past, etc.
The interview process typically starts with an application review, followed by an HR screening or recruiter call. Candidates may then go through one or more interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Depending on the role, technical assessments, case studies, or competency-based interviews may be included. The process usually evaluates both technical skills and behavioral competencies, as well as cultural fit and motivation to join Allianz.
Easygoing, the whole interview very chill and relaxing. The interviewer are open to me asking questions and explain the position that I applied for very clear and detail. The whole interview process will not be long if you able to explain your portfolio well and relate it to the role interviewed for.
The interview process is a structured series of steps used by employers to assess a candidate's suitability for a job. It typically involves multiple stages, including screening, interviews (phone, in-person, or video), and potentially assessments or reference checks, culminating in a hiring decision.
