I applied for the Graduate Program at Allianz. I received a first interview call after almost 2months of application. Essay type question as the part of the process. I believe they follow a ranking process based on many factors such as experience, education, grades etc.
Straight forward online application without any assessments followed by an interview conducted by a member of human resources. They were very nice, polite and relatively brief. Overall a positive experience.
