Alithya Technical Recruiter interview questions

Recruiter was impossible to understand through her thick accent. I requested her to speak slowly, she did not. She asked questions that I had to guess due to her accent and talking too quickly. She kept on asking really stupid questions as if she was learning from my answers. She had no idea what IT Recruiters do or how the hiring process works. This possibly is her first phone interview with zero previous training as she has no idea on how to conduct one. Having conducted thousand of phone interview myself, I found this be an entirely a waste of time for me.
