Align Technology interview questions

The whole process from start to finish was extremely poor was told to attend an interview at 9 am and waiting until 2pm. I was told I was applying for a role in London then told the role I was applying for was in East Anglia. The HR person gave us the wrong job spec and when I finally had an interview the interview didnt last more than 30 minutes. I was then told that I would get a call in the next couple of days. This never happened and I had to chase the HR person several times and I finally got an automated response saying I wasnt successful. I was extremely unhappy and I think the whole process was totally disorganized. I have tried several times to apply for other roles but never received any response from them. Totally disatfisfed.

The process took about a month and ran very smoothly. Every person I had contact with was very friendly and straightfoward. First there was a phone screening, then a phone interview, and then a face to face interview with the manager and head of HR.
