Interview
4 rounds of interviews. 1 with direct manager and 3 with 4 direct stakeholders. Got hired within 2 weeks. 1st interview was in the actual workplace and the rest in the headquarters. The recruiter was very responsive. Always provided with the names of interviewers and subject of the next interview. Never rescheduled anything and everyone was on time.

Mainly questions about experience with tech and what changes are you looking to bring. How would you improve this or that process.
Quick, but the work life balance is exceptionally poor (utilization of fixed 22 days annual leaves must be based on their decision rather than your choice ). They also rush to interview you even if they have shortlisted another candidate before you. These reasons seemed unfair to me .

Interview
First interview was via zoom. It took almost an hour with the hiring manager. 2nd interview was with the head of department in HQ. Then HR will inform if candidate is successful.
