Airbus Manufacturing Manager interview questions

I had a first interview with Airbus for a Single Aisle Ramp Up Manufacturing Manager in Broughton. They requested an automated recorded interview by the HireVue software, where I had to record myself answering some questions in a given short time window. I found the experience not enjoyable, very distant and unpersonal. I can only hope that this practice is discontinued for new applicants and a conventional one-to-one interview is offered.
