Accenture Sr Software Engineer interview questions

At first, there was an HR interview. We talked about me but, constantly listened to HR boasting about the company's successful projects. It ended with some 'IQ tests' in which there was code formatted for un-readability intentionally. (eg. weird spaces added/lines removed or added so to pose difficulties to the reader of the code). I hope it is not an example from the successful projects. After a few days, we scheduled a technical interview. I was welcomed with the exact words "Hello, we have a lot of questions about the things you write in your resume if you actually have done all of that". The main topic of the discussion was my opinion on overtime and how I 'punish' under-performing juniors. Never heard of them again. I think I wasn't a good fit for the company!
