first they had series of tests(technical aptitude, general, verbal). The shortlisted candidates were called up for 1:1 interviews. There were different rounds in the process.

Initial phase consisted of a written exam mainly focusing on the IQ/ Aptitude and IT skills of the candidate. It was followed by group discussion to check the verbal and analytical ability. Next was the 1:1 Technical round where the subjest expertise was analyzed. Final round was a 1:1 personal interview focusing on the personality and confidence of the candidate.
