The pre-assessment process was fast. You first need to create a Workday account, then someone at the front desk will call you to screen you and ask a few questions. They were really kind. The assessment consists of logistics and project management logic, English, personal behavior, and C++.
A typical interview process starts with an application screening, followed by an initial HR call to assess communication and background. Next comes a technical interview evaluating skills and problem-solving. Finally, a managerial round and HR discussion lead to the offer decision.
