Accenture Senior Developer interview questions

They emailed me saying they have a position that match my skill set if im interested then I should send my resume ..After i send my resume they called me right away and ask me to wait for their call next day for initial assesment . The next day they call me again and conduct the interview , After that they told me they will call again .. after 3 days they call again .. dont remember what they ask this time but i think its about my personality . afterwards they told me that they will schedule me for skills interview .. unfortunately I had a sore eyes during that time so I told them that I cannot come in person but they told me its ok they can conduct the interview by phone at lunch so its convenient for me . They did just like that and the interviewer and me talk for about one and a half hour . In the afternoon they called me to said that I pass the skill test and wait for further calls after a week I receive a salary offer from them .. Its quite good considering the salary that i expected so i accept the offer

Technical interview would take around 30 minutes in which they just asked the basics In the HR interview, they tend to ask how you would deal with some particular situation, like conflicts in the team, challenges etc. Also, make sure you browse and read up something on Accenture and why you wanna join
