process in accenture is very clear, they always communicate before calling you for an interview, i appeared for senior software position in gurgaon. accenture is prestigious brand so ready to face tough competition , there are people having 6-7+ year of experience for this position . i wait more than 4 hr . interviewer is polite and helpful , don't lie to them,if you don't have the answer don't try to fool them
