I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The interview process was average. It took me almost 2 months to go through all the interview process, offer and start. It was a good experience. I would high recommend.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (New Delhi) in Dec 2020
Interview
Honestly speaking worst interview experience ever.
If you are looking for high experienced people, then before scheduling the interview check one more whether the candidates experience on particular skill matches the job description or not
Don't schedule the interview simply, since the candidates time is also important and it's my humble request to interviewer to behave politely with the candidates.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Chennai) in Oct 2020
Interview
Started with the general questions, everything went fine.He has asked I'm I aware of one area of expertise (eg: Integration).I have replied,I haven't get an opportunity to work on particular skill ,but I have knowledge on that .But he was expecting my working knowledge of Integration so he keep on asking the same.Later he said I haven't worked on COMPLEX projects like Accenture is doing projects to NASA.
My question to them :
1.You already know an employee can't decide which project he wants to work on ,which will be decided by managers.
2.If you want to test their skills ,you can give a scenario based questions to check their knowledge.
Was really irritated because of the Recruiter attitude and tone that degrades the candidate knowledge.
