Accenture SAP ABAP Developer interview questions

For 1 year experience they have an screening level of set of ABAP question which is irrelavant to my experience. 30 question were their more than 10 is irrelavant which is they asked about IDoc, Workflow , HR ABAP which i do not have experience i told it in initial call itself and remaining also most of the question were about 5 and more years experienced type.

At first, process was very fast their response was very quick and they will schedule your interview as soon as possible. First one was technical round, Which was good and was pure technical round. In one hour only I got email that you have cleared first round and you need to submit documents, link and all. So next day I got first call from HR for documentation and information verification. And In the afternoon same day, I got other call from HR for information verification/ expected CTC / location. And after that no response, like nothing. Just you application is in the status that sorry for delay we are checking for project requirements, we will contact you soon. No response for emails and calls. They are not selecting /not coming with offer or negotiation /not even rejecting . Just they are hanging you. And on other hand showing continue opening notifications on job portal. This is just not happened with me but with my many friends. I think this whole interview process is getting handled by any third part which resulting into bad experience and lowering Accenture reputation. We as applicants deserve a response at least yes/no/rejection.
