Accenture Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

The process states it will be of three round 1) online 2) skill 3) Hr discussion. Very negative expeirence, they will make you wait for the panels and after wasting 6-7 hours of your time they will tell that panel is not available. Very bad experience. I went twice and each time after wasting enormous amount of time they told panel is not there.

Unorganized interview process. The interviewer asked about the project and the tools and patterns used. HR informed me that I have cleared the interview and will call me for discussion. But after two days, they dropped a mail saying I am rejected.
