The interview is all based on the common questions like your self introduction followed by some scenario questions and about the skills you acquire and how are you be the good fit for this role. Communication is the main key to crack this interview.

Question 1
The interviewer asked me a scenario based question to test my leadership skills and managing skills like you are working in a project and the team lead is you but your team members are not agreeing with you, so how would you proceed in this situation.
Final Interview round was easy for a fresher level job. However, 1st round (i.e.) aptitude was medium to difficult level. Technical section in the aptitude round was bit difficult for a fresher, however it was optional.

Describe an incident where you made a mistake and turned it into an opportunity to learn and made use of it the best way possible.
Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
