I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Indore) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview consisted of the following questions:
Introduction
A brief explanation of projects
Cross questions on my project
What was your major and Minor project and how many members you guys were?
What was your role in both projects and what issues you faced during the project?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Any Unsuccessful situation in life and how did you overcome it?
Role in Internship and what you learned from there?
Why you are a good fit for this role?
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
