Fiz mais de 3 entrevistas, 02 RH e p1 gestor direto, houve demorar entre um e outra, porém, no final como tinha que aproveitar janela da contração. Foi de um dia para outro, documentação enviada toda online, porém, muita informação, inclusive tive que indicar duas pessoas que trabalhei para confirmar minha experiência

Insgesamt gab es vier Gespräche. Eins mit HR, eins mit HR und Senior Manager und zwei mit Partnern. Sehr professionell und angenehme Gespräche. Die Gespräche liefen über Zoom. Die Zeitspanne war zwischen 30-60 Minuten.

HR interview with common questions about experience, than 2 rounds with senior managers with the case and more technical questions. Common case structures, while fit questions are more specific to managerial role
