They send some psychometric tests . Then some technical tests and then the first interview was pretty simple. The job offer was for junior software developer and the HR asked me if I would be interested in cobol development (which was not mentioned in the job description)
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
