So i got shortlisted in the company and hr called me and congratulate me.
Stating someone in the team will call and arrange for interview . One week went by i tried to call previous hr several times no response. After one week i got call from another hr will call hr 2 and scheduled my interview no link or mail she said i will get one day prior. I was like ok fine. No respone for my call or no call from their end by both hr 1 and 2 again after one week hr 3 called scheduled interview same thing repeat and from last 2 months same cycle is getting repeated.....its tiring process no one answers when demanded mail of discussion they give abrupt answers.....
Hopefully will get a interview soon but this hr process is juat way too much
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
