Interview
The interview done by phone. There are 2 stages of interview. 1. By HR. 2. By user.
HR staff will call you and start to ask you question in English related to your CV (education background, skills, computer literacy, etc).
After you pass the 'HR interview', the user will directly interview you by phone.
Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
