I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2014
Interview
was hired through e litmus. In e litmus, u need an aggregate of 60 plus.My percentile was as follows ,English-92,LR-72 and aptitude-15.I got selected through e litmus team and got a healthy 20 days to prepare for the technical interview. One advice,do the verification process early ,it will be a done a day before the drive and it really helps because your interview will be schedule early.E litmus volunteers are very helpful.Overall 1200 people had attended the interview ,my interview was schedule on day 1 out of the 2 days allotted. Interview was taken in the following way- 6 students and 1 HR and 1 Technical interviewer. First was the HR round
questions-
1.tell me about yourself
2.GD round topic-social media
3.tell me abt modi
4.why should i hire you
The HR lady was very strict .She also asked me rapid fire questions.Quick and smart thinking was expected. Some students specified their percentage while telling abt themselves and that made the HR angry.
the technical interview didnt happen ...all he asked was "tell me d name of the technology you want to be in among java, testing etc
i said C as a belong to ENTC.
Out of 6 only 3 were selected.
But on day 2 all the technical rounds were taken seriously asking c,c++ and java so please do prepare well.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
