La entrevista se dividía en 3 fases diferenciadas:
1. Prueba grupal para observar las capacidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
2. Serie de entrevistas genéricas: 2 entrevistas con personal de Recursos Humanos para conocerte más y ver tus capacidades ante un Business Case muy sencillo. Y una entrevista por llamada para hacer la prueba de inglés con un nativo.
3. Entrevista con un socio (aquí es donde me quedé fuera), un business case de razonamiento lógica y agilidad mental.

Question 1
La genérica buscaba respuestas "out of the box" a problemas banales y la que tuvo lugar con el socio era de improvisar costes y rentabilidad de una situación hipotética.
le processurs commence par un Entretien RH classique. puis entretien avec le manager de l'équipe. Puis un cas avec un expert de l'entreprise, il faut bien réfléchir ! Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
