I applied through other source. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2020
Interview
Got introduced to Accenture through the Junior Military Officer (JMO) program.
The JMO program team members were all incredibly helpful throughout the process, and were always available to answer any question you may have during the interview process.
First interview was a screening call with a recruiter. Mainly behavioral questions plus insight into the CDP and the culture within Accenture.
Due to COVID, I wasn't able to get a formal interview until three months after the initial phone screen, but the interview was fairly standard; a lot of situation based questions, behavioral questions, and more. The interview itself lasted about 70 minutes.
Got the offer a month later.
