O processo seletivo foi um pouco superficial até pelo prazo tido pela empresa para contratação de um grande contingente em curto prazo. Primeiramente foram enviados dois testes para serem feitos online, um de lógica de programação e outro de Java. A etapa seguinte foi denominado de Tech Day, onde em apenas um dia foi feita uma entrevista com líder técnico e uma dinâmica de grupo.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
