The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2010
Interview
The interview was over the phone with an human resources representative. I obtained the interview through a university recruiting event. The interview process and questions focused a lot on academic achievements. The interview questions also focused a lot on organizational involvement while in school. The questions for an engineering position did not lead to my current work experience as an engineer. I had to bring up my current work experience related to engineering. This was a general human resources phone interview to obtain an initial screen of me. Overall sounded like a great company to work for and offers average benefits.

Question 1
Asked me about my past experiences and work titles
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.
