Recruiter screen then 2 back to back 1 hour interviews. With some cases, some behavioral, and a presentation. It was not too bad, I had a good time with the two people interviewing me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2025
Interview
First, you have to do a Screening interview and then do a Take-home coding assessment. You can pick what coding language you want and get into 2 interviews (behavioural and walking through the code)
The process starts with a 15-30 minute phone screen with a recruiter that confirms your eligibility for the internship + additional behavioral / experience questions (i.e., do you have experience with working with Client data? What programming languages do you use? Tell me about a time you faced a challenging situation).
After the phone-screen, your recruiter will schedule two back-to-back interviews with two executives. The first interview is a Strength & Skills interview that will rapidly ask you behavioral questions (i.e., tell me about a time you worked on a difficult task; how did you approach it?, tell me about machine learning / cybersecurity, how would you approach a difficult client or situation?).
The next interview is in a similar fashion; however, it is a Showcase & Scenarios interview. This means that you're expected to present a technical topic for around 30 minutes and engage with your interviewer. Additionally, you're going to answer some questions regarding your interest in the company and how you approach different situations (i.e., difficult situations, clients, your co-workers, etc.)
Be yourself and show that you want to be there!
Phone Screen with recruiter, basic self introduction and behavioral questions. Had time to ask questions and gave an overview of potential next steps. Definitely not difficult at all, just practice different behavioral questions and have stories that are possible for pivoting.
