1. multiple rounds - minimum 3 rounds + hr round 2. slow process - 30 to 60 days 3. automated onboarding 4. multiple mails for form filling - initial stage 5. submission of all documents before joining - hardcopy and softcopy 6. No direct poc for any queries

The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply. After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion. But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once. This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.
