It was smooth, and I was able to finish all of the interviews in a day. It was through a phone call, but everything was dealt with professionally. You'll go through stages of interviews, but they will guide you and you just have to wait patiently.

Very rude. Wanted to know if I will work extra hours. I was asked if I am close to my family as with this job, I will unable to be able to spend time with them.

Process was easy and straighfoward. It was only 1 interview and 1 screening call. The interview were mostly star method and behavior questions. I didnt have experience in customer service before but that didnt seem to be a problem for them.
